Where is RDC based?
RDC’s home facility is KC Kingdom Courts at 6970 N Broadway in Kansas City, Missouri.
Does RDC work with boys and girls?
Yes. RDC publicly describes its program as serving boys and girls. Current team availability changes, so families should request an evaluation instead of assuming a roster spot is open.
How do parents request a player evaluation?
Complete the official KC Kingdom Courts club-interest form with the player’s current grade, basketball experience, and the kind of opportunity the family is seeking. RDC can then explain whether a team evaluation or a development option is the appropriate next step.
What is the relationship between RDC and KC Kingdom Courts?
KC Kingdom Courts is RDC’s home facility. RDC leads basketball development, including One Unit Performance Training, coaching, team programming, and athlete mentorship. Kingdom Courts manages facility schedules, gym access, court rentals, memberships, registration, and payment.
What if a player is not ready for a competitive team?
A team is not the only path forward. RDC and KC Kingdom Courts also support player development. Start with an evaluation inquiry so the coaches can point the family toward the most appropriate verified option.
What does RDC expect from players and families?
RDC’s published expectations emphasize attendance, timely communication, sportsmanship, respect for coaches and officials, support for teammates, accountability, discipline, effort, coachability, and shared season goals. Exact practice, game, and travel commitments vary by team and must be confirmed before joining.
What is One Unit Performance Training?
One Unit Performance Training is RDC’s skills training program, powered by Anthony Woods. Non-members can attend training for $30 per session. It is separate from RDC private and small-group lessons.
How much do RDC programs cost?
Current monthly prices are $100 for Development Academy, $150 for Team Membership, and $200 for Platinum Development. Kingdom Courts remains the enrollment and payment source, so families should confirm current terms there before joining. Development Academy does not include RDC team membership.
How long is the season commitment?
RDC asks families for a three-month commitment. Season windows are September–November, December–February, March–May, and June–August. Players may join after a window begins; exact onboarding and billing details are confirmed during placement.
What is the weekly time commitment for a player?
Teams have at least one required practice each week, and some coaches schedule more. Group-skills training is optional. Teams generally target 5–8 games per month. Practice duration, total weekly hours, and event weekends vary by team and are confirmed before joining.
Are game fees included in Team Membership?
Yes. The $150 monthly Team Membership includes all game fees. Platinum Development also includes game fees because it includes Team Membership.
Where can families order uniforms and RDC apparel?
The BSN Team Shop carries required uniforms and general RDC apparel. Uniforms are a separate cost and are not included in the monthly program price. Families should confirm the required uniform items and sizes after placement; supporters may shop the same store for RDC apparel. The separate RDC Merchandise shop offers additional RDC clothing, accessories, and gifts.
